Size chart
The size chart we have created, serves a general guideline for helping you find your right size in our swimwear. Some styles fit different than others and you may not use the same size in every style. Our models size info can be found below every style. If you have questions about a specific style’s measurements, you can always reach out to us via email or social media.
How do I take care of my swimwear
We have created a how to guide, that will help maintain the quality of the swimwear. With our guide it includes instructions such as, how to wash and dry your swimwear, to ensure the quality and color remains the same. We also have tips on how not to cause any damage to the fabric.
What is the swimwear made of
At SOPHiA we use ECONYL as our main fabric, at the top of the navigation menu we have all the information about the sustainable fabric and how it is made.
What do I do, if i receive a faulty/incorrect item?
Please email contact@sophiathebrand.com and include your Name, Order #, a description of the issue and pictures if item is damaged in the email, so we can resolve your issue as soon as possible.
How do I put on the bikini?
Some of our designs such as our Stephanie and Sheally bikini's, are made with the purpose of wearing them different ways and are designed to be adjustable to fit your body type. Make sure to look at the pictures on our website or social media for inspiration. Don't hesitate to contact us if you need any guidance!
When will I receive my order?
At SOPHiA we offer worldwide and work with shipping companies such as DHL, GLS, and PostNord. The shipping carriers will differ depending on where you are in the world.
All orders are trackable and the tracking information can be found once you have received a shipping confirmation email.
Our GLS orders, shipping time is between 1-3 business days from the day the order has been shipped.
Our PostNord orders, shipping time is between 1-5 business days from the day the order has been shipped.
Our DHL orders, shipping time is between 3-5 business days, including international orders. From the day the order has been shipped.
